Relatives of a young boy who sustained life-threatening harm after being hurled from the tenth level of the Tate Modern have announced their "brave warrior" has achieved his goal of managing to run, jump, and swim anew.

The young youngster was aged six when he was hurled from a balcony by a adolescent, at that time 17 years old.

The boy, who was traveling with the family in August 2019 when attacked, lived through a 100ft plunge but experienced significant injuries, including a brain hemorrhage and broken bones.

Relatives said in an update on a donation site, they were delighted that he had been successful to improve with his jumping, swimming and running before his upcoming procedure.
