Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Also included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
